What does "TBD" pricing mean?
Medusa is in private beta while we finalize plan tiers with our early users. Plans will be priced before general availability. Beta seats are free — reach out if you'd like one.
Do I pay while my account is waiting for verification?
No. Your card isn't charged until your reference photos are verified and the matching pipeline is live on your account.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. Annual → monthly refunds the unused period prorated. Organization plans are managed through your billing contact.
What happens if I cancel?
All biometric data (faceprints, liveness frames, reference photos) is purged within 30 days per BIPA §15(a). Metadata rows are retained with biometric fields nulled — audit trail survives, the biometrics do not.
